The Bench Assault is an 8-week, 4-day-per-week program with 2 days EACH week devoted to growing your Bench Press. I've gone through the assault multiple times personally and it's never failed to skyrocket my Bench.

It's not just a Bench Press program though. The other two days a week are going to challenge your lower body and core with an assault of snatches, cleans, squats, deadlifts and much, much more.

The program also comes with two sets of warm-ups for each day - one for odd-numbered weeks and one for even-numbered weeks.

Please note: This is an advanced workout plan. The exercises and rep schemes are designed for experienced lifters who want to be challenged.

Finally, the program comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee, no questions asked.

Coach Horton has worked as a Strength and Conditioning Coach and Sports Scientist in collegiate athletics for 20 years.

He most recently served as the Director of Sports Science at Georgia Tech. His career has also included stops at the University of Tennessee, Temple University, FIU and Elon.

He's had the opportunity to work with some of the best coaches and athletes in college sports and has accumulated a wealth of knowledge over the years training and competing at the highest level.

His new mission, Horton Barbell, is designed to be a platform to share that knowledge with as many coaches and athletes as possible to help them maximize their potential.

What people are saying

“I was fortunate enough to work with Coach Horton while playing football at Georgia Tech. After my years in college and playing in the NFL, he is the most innovative strength coach I have been around.

His knowledge and understanding of the human body and its movements amazed me. His level of care for each individual athlete also constantly stood out. You will not find someone else more committed in helping you reach your goals than Coach Horton.”

— Tyler Davis

Coach Horton was an integral part of my development as a college football player, taking me to a new level when it came to size, speed and strength.

— Matt Hennessy

“When I played at Temple, Coach Horton played a big role in helping me plan my conditioning and nutrition. He also played a pivotal role in helping me develop as an athlete. His vast knowledge and great coaching helped me develop better speed, agility, power and change of direction.

His coaching is one of the reasons that I learned how to train and take care of my body properly. I still use a lot of his advice and coaching points in the NFL today.”
