About Me

Let me quickly introduce myself. My name is Ryan Horton and I've had the opportunity to work at multiple D1 Colleges as both a Head Strength and Conditioning Coach and a Director of Applied Sports Science.

My goal with Horton Barbell is to create a resource that can help as many athletes and coaches as possible maximize their performance.

I'm also going to provide as much insight as I can on how to build out a fully functional garage gym where you can make your dreams happen.
